Technical WordPress care

We keep your WordPress site
in good health.

Maintenance, updates, backups, monitoring and malware cleanup — the technical side only. We do not write copy or run campaigns. Your site stays fast, secure and up to date.

  • A backup before every update
  • Monitored around the clock
  • A reply within 24 hours

Only the technical side. On purpose.

A WordPress site has two caretakers: the one who runs content and marketing, and the one who runs the engine. We are the second — and we do not mix the two.

What we do

  • Keep WordPress core, plugins, theme and PHP current
  • Back up, restore, and test the restore on a schedule
  • Monitor uptime, speed, errors and expiring certificates
  • Clean hacked sites and close the door they came through
  • Migrate, install and tune the server side for speed
  • Build a custom plugin when an off-the-shelf one is not enough
  • Technical SEO and GEO checkups: indexability, structure, speed

What we do not do

  • Copywriting, blog posts, social media
  • Ad management, campaigns, newsletters
  • Branding and graphic design
  • SEO content strategy and link building

If you need those too, we happily work alongside your agency — we keep the technical side in order, they handle the rest.

How we work

Diagnosis, treatment, care.

We do not start with a contract; we start with a report. Then you decide.

  1. 1

    Checkup

You send us the site's address. We review versions, plugins, backups, speed and the public security signals. No access needed.

  2. 2

    Report

You get it in writing: what is fine, what is risky and what we would do — in order of importance, with the technical reasoning.

  3. 3

    Treatment

If you want, we do it. A one-off job or monthly care — both end with the same kind of report.

Frequently asked

What people ask first.

What does it mean that WPdoki only handles the technical side?

WPdoki does the engineering care of WordPress sites: maintenance, updates, backups, monitoring, security handling, malware cleanup, migration and plugin development. It does not do copywriting, marketing, advertising or graphic design, but works alongside the agencies that do.

Do I have to give you access for the checkup?

No. The checkup works only from publicly visible signals: versions, response time, certificate, headers, indexability. We ask for access only once you also commission the fixes.

What does the checkup cost?

The checkup is a paid one-off piece of work, not a free introduction. The price follows the size and complexity of the site; send us the address and we will quote a fixed price before we start. If you then put the site in our care, the checkup fee comes off your first monthly invoice.

My site has been hacked. How long does the cleanup take?

Most cleanups are closed within one working day, including closing the way in. If the hosting is affected, we coordinate with the provider. You receive a written report of the work.

What happens if an update breaks the site?

We take a backup before every update and check the site afterwards. If something breaks, we restore the previous state and then look separately at what conflicted.

What is a GEO checkup?

GEO (generative engine optimization) means your site is also readable for AI-based answer engines: clean structure, structured data, unambiguous facts. We put the technical conditions in place; the content stays yours.

Do you handle WooCommerce or multilingual sites?

Yes. We maintain WooCommerce, WPML and Polylang sites; on those we test updates especially carefully, in a staging environment.

Let us start with a report.

Send us your site's address and within a few working days you will know what is fine and what is not. The checkup is a paid one-off — we quote the price before we start.
